I really like the customer service inside the store, however, the customer service over the phone when calling the 1(866) number was very frustrating. I have a card linked to my account, however my middle initial and last name is wrong and I have been trying for the LAST TWO YEARS, to just get them to send me a replacement card with my correct name on it. Every time, I’m told one is being sent out and I never get it. :/ Sometimes they are very rude and just tell me I’m being inpatient because it takes up to a week. Uh, hello! It’s been 2 years and I’ve only called a few times. My middle initial was wrong from the beginning and I’ve been married for 2 years so my maiden name changed. Ridiculous!!!!

Did not realize Maurices was at North Town Mall. Always Free covered parking. Found a beautiful floral sleeveless blouse and lightweight cardigan to go overtop. The staff very helpful and so nice!
