This is one of my favorite stores. I went into the store today right before they closed because I had some issues with placing an order on line with my debit card. The employee that helped me was so kind even though they were minutes away from closing. She figured out away to work around my issues with my card and placed an online order for me by having me purchase a gift card then having me pay with that. I am so thankful for the employee and the help I received...... Never want to miss a good sale!!!

Nice clothing. Pricing ok. At this particular location, associates were preoccupied with other things. I was prepared to buy a few things, but I couldn't reach my size. No one asked if they could help, even though there were 4 associates on the floor. Will not be returning.

I did not have a good experience here. I originally purchased two pair of jeans a few weeks ago and today I went to EXCHANGE them for one size bigger. The cashier said she had to return them and I could then buy the two pair that I wanted. Well that's not what I wanted to do because when I bought them they were on sale but she was not willing to let me EXCHANGE them just return them. I have always liked Maurices up until today and I will probably not shop here any more. I work in retail and an even exchange is something that is very common practice.

First, let me say that I love Maurice's clothing. I usually go to the location Bainbridge, Oh near Aurora, Oh but they closed that location. I went to the Stow location, I called ahead to make sure they were still open and in business. When I went there, I was never greet by anyone or did anyone ask me if I needed help during the time I was there. This was my 2nd time at this location and I had the same experience the 1st time as well. This store is not welcoming for African Americans. I'm not pulling the race card, I'm simply stating facts. I will not return to this location.
