Chase is and was a great business decision. His friendly and knowledgeable demeaner was a delight. My car needed tires and then it would not start and Chase and his great team were kind enough to let me know my fuel pump was bad and got me back on the road. Will be back and also tell my friends to come visit.

Very nice interaction with gentleman there, but they did not have my tires for a previously confirmed appointment. He expressed that he attempted to reach me and I 100% believe that this is true. Rating is not due to the interaction, but the tires not being available and HQ not moving to get them because they’re not a large Michelin supplier. Mr. Tire down the street was able to assist.
Had new tires scheduled to be put on today. The manager called to confirm with me the day before and to confirm what time i was dropping off the car which i appreciated. When I arrived Ricardo helped me- he was welcoming and confirmed the services needed. I did arrive early but my vehicle was done faster than expected and was complete almost before my actual appointment time. Once again Ricardo helped ring me up and reassured me that if anything wasnt right to give him a call and he would make sure to fix the problem. I appreciate his help, most other places arent as friendly at the desk. This was my 2nd time going to Mavis and I will continue to after todays experience.
I had a great experience I needed an alignment. Chase and Mac worked on my truck and I will definitely come back for them to help me again.
Recently had my brakes and calipers done at the Mavis in Thorndale. Excellent customer service, very professional. Chase was great, walked me through everything I needed to know and explained what I didn’t understand. They were quick too. Prices are the best around (I did my research)! I highly recommend, I know we will be back.

I called and asked for servicing, I got in and out and the service was done correctly in no time at all.
Awful experience! We left in a car that wasnt safe and had to have it towed 4 days later! Corporate did very little to make it right. Never use Mavis!
