Came here for a covid test because my four year old and myself were exposed by someone at my child school. Thankfully our test came back negative. We still have to quarantine for 10 days but even with a note from the school this urgent care refuse to give documentation stating we need to quarantine. Waited 3 hours to be seen ill never come back here. Will go to the hospital from now on to get tested. We were seen by the nurse practitioner.

I called before I came because I suddenly started having a fever and chills. I had a very long wait. I even had to sit in my car cause I was shivering so bad. This is why I don't go to the Dr when I'm sick. That being said, when I finally got seen, everyone was polite and considerate. I was scared it was covid and I had exposed friends and family. Thankfully it was not. I don't want to sit in a waiting room feeling like I did today, but the kindness I was shown helped.

This place is awful . I have been waiting for over 2 hours for a rapid Covid tests . The doctor here is clearly very inefficient at running a business . I will not come back .

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and as I explained that I couldn't complete the paperwork because I was so sick, she was so understanding. I was immediately taken to the back where the nurse was very nice as well as friendly. Then I see Dr.McClendon,he was attentive, caring and concerned about my health issues. Overall if I had not been so sick this would rate a high ten plus in satisfaction. Thanks for the compassion as well as the service.
