I had my daughter drop-off two comforters on July 22nd(1-brand new and the other used) to be dry-clean. When I picked up both comforters on 7/24 it was unclear how they look because they were both in a plastic comforter bag. Once I made it home to put them on my beds they were both damp. My BRAND NEW 320 comforter had been washed and not dry-cleaned. I immediately took both comforters back to Maxi Cleaners the next day on Saturday morning. The owner was not there but I asked for a call to resolve this matter. I have reached out to this cleaners multiple times. As of today August 23rd since July 25th, this cleaners have yet to call me back. Not sure if the pandemic has shifted customer satisfaction to resolve a matter but they have failed. I will never return. I will never recommend this cleaners.

Great dry cleaners. The owner is hands on and has been in the dry cleaning business for decades. Absolutely a pleasure interacting with him and his staff. Quality is premium. You are in good hands. Do your self a favor and have your clothes maintained by this fine establishment
The staff here are so kind and I drop clothes off here every week to get cleaned. They always do a great job!
