This place makes you feel comfortable... if your like me ... when I started I was very nervous, shy... your ALWAYS made to feel at home here. My confidence has increased extremely. As for my children, this school brought my middle son out of his shell too. I’ve learned so much and continue to learn about fighting techniques and about exercise and even history. This is definitely a safe space.
