My father went to an appointment with Dr.Levine and the appointment summary mailed to him afterwards falsely stated he had bladder cancer. After frantically calling the doctor and finding that this was a mistake. Dr. Levine never called to apologize. The false diagnosis created a tremendous amount of stress for our entire family.

WIting 90 minutes past appt. Ridiculous. Rude receptionist, I obviously overwhelmed, but no need to be nasty. No doctor is worth this!
