I went to Pet Smart to adopt a guinea pig - my first pet since childhood. The store was busy but clean. The employee who helped me was knowledgeable about guinea pigs and their needs. She had a lot of recommendations but wasn’t pushy. We both just wanted the best things for my guinea pig to have a happy and healthy life. Check out was easy and I am very happy with my adoption and other purchases.

A few weeks ago I went on a wild goose chase for a guinea pig unicorn costume. These folks had one left and they held onto it for me. I drove from Lodi looking for this and I cannot express how happy I am to have this item. Not only that but the manager and the cashier were super friendly. I promised a picture of him.. and here he is. :)
