The staff is friendly. I applied to refinance my truck and it was fast approval. I applied for the mayo platinum credit card that was fast approval. I highly reccomend this credit union.

Do not expect any service if you live out of town. Need to come into a branch and pay 28 to do a transfer. Employee on the phone was rude and not helpful. Please train your staff to be more proactive in helping customers that don't know all aspects of their system and make banking online easier like any big banks.
