I came in having panic attacks (thought it was heart issues) and within 45 minutes walked out with a referral, a prescription, and peace of mind. Everyone went above and beyond and were so kind. Last night was the first night in over a week I didn’t have a panic attack so thank you to all the staff there!

Came here for my daughter to be checked for a sore throat. Immediately told us to wait outside the building. Told us to call a number, that just hangs up on you because it’s automated. The receptionist said they could direct us somewhere else. Where? It’s Sunday? And this isn’t an emergency. That’s why you have urgent care when doctors offices are closed. All she needs is an antibiotic and we could’ve went home but no... they wouldn’t even see her. I guess she’ll go to her pediatrician tomorrow. This place is a joke. The staff aren’t friendly at all and never want to do their job. The wait time for any emergency is ridiculous. My daughter is sick and she just needs medicine and that’s it.
Been here for over 2 hours now for an injury from a fall. Nothing at all “urgent” or “caring” about this Urgent Care. Unfortunately, it has been this way every time I have been here.
5 minute wait time , staff was very helpful, courteous, caring and friendly
The African American receptionist at the front desk was being very mean and wouldn’t help me for nothing with me being in serious pain wouldn’t even let me see the doctor to figure out the problem.
