been trying to get medical assistance for 8 months now. With all requirements met and submitted twice now, still no one has even opened my case. I have to call 10 times to get anyone to answer the phone and even then they say there’s nothing they can do until a case worker picks up my case. I have chronic health conditions and have been experiencing cancer symptoms as well that are getting progressively worse and they could care less. This waiting game is going to kill me.
