The customer service is amazing, Sandra was really helpful and answered all my questions. Super professional, they keep the office really clean and are following cdc guidelines for Covid-19. Highly recommended coming to this place

I thought that by coming to this place so close to my house they would just answer a simple question about my insurance. There was an older lady working here with blonde hair I walked in with my daughter and asked her if I can please get help because it wasn’t giving me an option online or over the phone I was on hold over an hour. The lady asked me if I did the service there and I told her no and she said no. Really u professional the place was empty the lady looked like she didn’t want to be bothered. I don’t recommend coming here so u professional she was just smiling at the phone, if you don’t like your job do something else.
