It took me a long time to finally write this. Divorce is one of the hardest things a person can go through and looking back isn't top on my list of things to do as I move forward with my life. So what can I say about Michelle and her firm? It makes me think about what Michelle faces every day. Montgomery County courts are... well let's just say biased and about as unfair as anybody can imagine. Many of the masters and judges don't listen to facts, witnesses, or anything at all really. All they see is what they want to see. Combine this with lies from not only Michelle's opposition but probably many of her clients too and I'd say she has one of the hardest jobs on earth. But it is her job, to navigate these messes and fight for her clients. And fight she does! If its one thing I remember about Michelle it is that she is there to win. She tries very hard and is super eloquent in her arguments. I remember on one occasion one of the people in the court room chased her down and tried to hire her on the spot. She has a presence that I believe demands attention when she enters a room. She also knows the ins and outs of the system and how to get things done. She is responsive too. I can't tell you how many times my X pulled a fast one with false CPS claims that required legal advice at odd hours. Michelle was there every time. When I look back on it all I know several things I'd do differently in dealing with the courts but one thing I wouldn't change is choosing Michelle.
