I understand there can be A misunderstanding or miscommunication. However when the little guy behind the counter wants to raise his voice & try to intimidate a female customer after being asked repeatedly to lower his voice this is inexcusable & honestly down right threatening in nature. My husband & I have been repetitive customers up until now. All it would have taken was an apology for the misunderstanding & how can we make this right. Sad thing is the owner stood there and let this man belittle & embarass me as a customer. I will not be back!!!

Don’t trust the little guy behind the counter. He told us one thing on the phone and says another thing in front of the owner. We drove 1 1/2 for terrible service. I’ll never go back!!!

My spouse loves this store. They have DVDs for 2 a movie (including blue ray and complete box sets). Inexpensive boots (for kids too!) Cute outfits for parents and children. Fun store :) friendly and helpful staff
