Used to love going here. Lost a game maybe 3 months ago and found it so I brought it in expecting to pay a good amount to get my account back in good standing. I have never gotten more attitude in my life. This is also some guy maybe early 40’s and couldn’t believe I wanted to keep the game if I was going to be charged full price! He refused to give the game back so I ended up walking out before it got worse. There is more just don’t have the energy. Now I don’t know the policy and cannot find it but this is horrible customer service and the only reason I would ever go back is if he is not working there. I don’t usually go this far but I’ve been going there since they opened and not once had a bad experience.
CBD was underwhelming, if you need a 30 day regiment CBD I would check out a local cannabis shop.

Always very helpful but most of the older movies will not play on out blue ray player. Tried it on the older PC DVD drive, still doesn't work. Used a new laptop drive and that wouldn't recognize the disk either. It's happened several times. But they always credit us for the rental so customer service is great.
