Hands down they took very good care of us. I made a appointment to come look at a truck unsure if my credit would allow it and was looking to trade my car in. Halfway there I hit a coyote and it busted my radiator and my bumper. I made it to the lot and explained what had happened. They still took my car as a trade in and put us in a truck. They were very nice and understanding and treated me and my daughter with respect. Definitely not your typical “sleazy car salesman”. Jake didn’t push anything on us or try to get us in something we didn’t want. I highly recommend them!

Patriot has had my pickup for over 2 months. No calls or updates. Everytime I call I get put on hold treatment. Customer service is not high on their priority list. I hope my pickup is still there. I am beginning to wonder. Evidently they don't care about Customer or their vehicles that are being served there. Shane Jones I did not receive a call nor a voice mail from you yesterday. I have 2 phones that were in full service and reception. I answer all calls. Regular Scott thank you for your call. I was pleased to hear from someone on this matter. I do not like being put on hold or talking to a voice response system. Reggy the made sure that my matter taken care of and that I was satisfied.
