I don't know if the person who wrote the bad review for this place was having a bad hair day or what?. My experience at this office was nothing but pleasant, One of the staff came out and said they were sorry that I had to wait for an hour after my appointment time because of the load of people that they had that day. I found that no one there treated me badly or was rude to me. The people were friendly, answered all my questions and was very helpful. But when you deal with people who work with people every day it will help you a lot if you don't go in there with a chip on your shoulder, treat people the way you want to be treated and that's what you will get.
