I am always satisfied with her hard work. She is very professional and her hemming is fantastic. I understand her busy work. She goes out of her way including her own extra hours to continue her task. I totally recommend to do alterations with her. #1 in alterations!!!
Took four dresses over the course of May through today and will not return. She misplaced materials, forgets due dates, and is very rude and blames the customer when she forgets. My last dress had a stain she said I could “spot” clean. I used her originally because she was affordable but after leaving multiple dresses with her, I feel like there was some deliberate unkindness from her part. I’m hurt because she started off really sweet, but after the course of picking up my dresses- she has really been rude. I will not be going back.
Dropped off 3 pants on Thursday , was advised they would be ready by monday and when I show up they say they have not started on them. Very bad service . Dont waste your time or money.
Great work very friendly did my alterations on a dress I needed in a week and finished a day before. would recommend and will be going back when I need something done
