The parts department really went out of their way to help me out. Needed to find some center caps for an Explorer. They had them ready for my with in about ten minutes. I walked in and they were waiting for me. Great experience, friendly people! Thank you guys!

When we purchased our car from Boggus Used Cars, recently, it was delivered with only a single key. No explanation. We have tried to acquire a second key, ever since. However, most of the usual places to make key copies (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) were unable to assist us in providing a copy. Thus, I tried to contact the dealership by phone - via the two contacts I personally had, the salesperson and the Finance Manager. Multiple calls to both of these people went unanswered. Finally, I drove to the Boggus dealership just minutes from my office, intending to request a key from that location. I was politely greeted by a member of the sales team, to whom I explained my purpose (acquiring a second key). He made a few calls but was unable to reach anyone, and ended up apologizing that he couldn't help. He suggested I drive to the other dealership (20 minutes away). I thanked him and returned to my office, having wasted my lunch break to no avail. This has been pretty typical of my dealings with Boggus, after the initial purchase of our car: promises, with no real action or completion of cycles. In a separate review I'll discuss the failure of the company's Finance department to address a 2,500 overcharge for an unsolicited \extended warranty!
