I want to seriously congratulate Budget for having Minerva at their front desk. I was on a same day trip looking for a mini van and Minerva made it possible, she went out of her way and guaranteed me I would have the viechle ready at the time she said. Excellent customer service people like her are true gems to these places. I highly recommend them.

2 hours after my scheduled appt time the vehicle finally arrived and it was dirty. Now I wait for it to be washed. Jason, the manager was indifferent about the whole situation. I highly discourage anyone from renting from this car rental agency. Poor service, poor condition of vehicle at issue.
Awful! Wish I could give it 0 stars. Charged me 26 over what I was told. Argued with them about it and showed proof but they did nothing. Then got in the shuttle they provide and had to GPS on my phone and instruct the driver where to go... in a state I have never been to.. to a hotel that was .8 miles away. Never will use budget again
This is seriously the most amazing place to rent a car. Minerva is so helpful and friendly! She made the process so smooth and easy for me! I usually rent from the airport and will NEVER do that again now that i found this place and MINERVA! ️
