Multiple times my distributor has used them to deliver product and 3 out of 3 times the product comes damaged.. their the cheaper freight line but you get what you pay for... and drivers aren't helpful at all.

I talked on phone with them, they told me delivery would be before 3. I was out of town so I had my father in-law come to the house to wait for it. 330 I check status they said delivery status changed it will be between 530-730. I had him wait till then. 750 comes around I check status and said status changed no reason at dock. I call them and they said he could not make it out for my delivery. Are you serious!!!!! I had my father in law wait all day and all they could say was sorry. Unbelievable, told my distributor to never ever ever use them again. Not dependable at all
The driver was not able to enter my campus at 6:35 on a Friday and went to his next delivery. I noticed the tracking info on the website so I called the dispatcher and he had the driver return for an 8:30 PM delivery on a Friday night. This is exactly the type of customer service all companies should emulate. Thank you!!!
Friendly staff and great service but how can they get any work done with that bad parking lot.
