Chick fil a customer service is awesome.. they have long lines but they go quick, and they're curbside if pretty fast too.. the only thing is when your trying to redeem your points for an item.. you have too remember to go back and put it in your cart and check out..

We love the curb side service using the app. My son loves the sandwich and waffle fries , I really like the sweet tea and they fix it up for me half sweet and half unsweetened. They do this no problem and I really appreciate it.
Went through the drive thru .. got their amazing chicken noodle soup.. I asked for extra crackers they usually give about three or four packets of crackers.. I said I’m willing to pay for extra crackers.. girl said .. there’s no extra charge for extra crackers.. I said great ... I got 2 crackers total soup is still good though
Customer service here is through the roof! I think they set the bar for fast food places. I usually go through the drive-thru and even if there's a line, it's speedy and everything comes out right. I love Chick-fil-a.
I was visiting McAllen on my way to Monterrey and I had dinner here. The restaurant was very clean, not crowded at all, the attendants were very courteous as always and I ordered the Cobb Salad with grilled chicken (ranch dressing) and it was so good! And even better because I got it for free, since I had so many points on my account
