Best place to stay in McAllen!!! Love the citrus trees all over the park and a lot of the people that live there have been staying at that park for over 20 years. They have built their own little community. Everyone is really friendly. The manager Mario is a very sweet, nice individual always attentive to everyone's needs. I highly recomment you will not be disappointed. I will continue to come back.

I have enjoyed every moment here going on my second year, a 55 plus community and a family area .pet friendly
They and I say they because I really never know whose in control of this place but 1 year ago we decided to move into this mobile park due to all the lies we were told. First that they made it a family community because it’s obvious that it was a 55 community. We asked if it was going to be a problem and they were like oh no not At all there aware of the community being open to families and they had new rent to own mobile homes for families and that they were going to built a friendly area for the family and kids to have but no all lies....just to have us move in and make us commit to a rent to own lease! We were able to use the pool and all the stuff available to the 55 community then once they changed management they stared to take all those stuff from the families and close the area only to the 55 community so why the heck open it up for families if you didn’t want us here in the first place! Don’t recommend this place to nobody I could go on and on with all the lies we were promised but why! They always blame it on the person that doesn’t work here anymore who was told to tell us this lies!
