Terrible my sales lady was awesome, but your delivery guys and your warehouse manger was horrible. I made a purchase at your Mcallen store for 4300.00. They bought my stove and refrigerator and they install the stove first, then they couldn't bring in my refrigerator cause they had to tilt it a little bit. I have a refrigerator inside my house as big as the one i bought, then they said we can leave it outside i said what, why would i wanted outside. I said you know what take all your merchandise back so he came in my house and disconnected the stove, so i told them please reconnect my old stove the guy said no we cannot touch used items he meant my stove. I said why you disconnect my stove put it back how it was he said mo those are store policy. I said what the hell kind of business is this.....never will i purchase or recommend this store CONNS.

Rudy was extremely helpful. I was not pressured to buy something I didn’t need and could not afford. Rudy helped us pick the right pair of appliances, arranged for the payment method of our choice, and scheduled a free delivery and removal of the old appliances. Awesome experience.
