Wow!! Remodeling a home is always stressful!! Thank you so much CRT flooring for helping me step by step and making my shopping experience great. One stop shop, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff. From being greeted with a simple hello to being assisted in getting loaded in the warehouse I must say I highly recommend this store. I built my house 8 years ago and purchased my flooring from CRT. I don’t know what happened within that 8years but the customer service was horrible and Lilia did not know how to ask questions regarding the proper ratio of the flooring if the tiles are 2 different sizes. As a typical home owner I would expect them to know their business and know what I need if I give them the square footage. Of course I got the run around when I called them up after my contractor ran short and I had to wait a week for the rest of my order. I highly recommend you find a different flooring company!
