I went into CVS to purchase some OTC stuff and on my way to check out I noticed some Christmas Face masks on clearance 90% off, the employee told me they aren't for sale at 90% off anymore and removed them from the counter. She told me I can't sell you the masks I forgot to take them off the shelf this morning, then a youngman walks up and tells me well we can sell you 2 masks. I asked for a store manager and she told me she was in charge. What??? I left everything in the counter and walked out. I don't shop at your location because your parking lot is always trashy and poor customer service. I think they were going to buy the masks themselves and that is why the refused to sell them to me.

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with and that’s because I work in healthcare!! Told me they never received the electronic order and they were super rude about it. Asked them if they had it in stock and they said they did. Had the doctor phone it in and then said they received it when it was sent but it was not in stock. Didn’t even give me a courtesy call to tell me that. Like Walgreens does. Called my doctors office and they too said the employees were ridiculously rude. Patients BEWARE. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I met the most helpful employees! I think their names were John and Daisy? They really made my day with their kindness and knowledge of products. Best CVS in town

Very unsanitary rest rooms looks like a tire shop rest room in the mens side , no toilet paper and no paper towels. I get my meds from here and was hoping all CVS were the same nice and clean but not this one
