Very friendly, treated me with the upmost respect. She went out of her way to show me different tiles and I wasn't rushed. Very patient... I would give 10 stars if I could. My dad set tile for over 50 years so, naturally when it came to replace my old tile I didn’t want the popular laminate. I walked next door and immediately felt judged and he didn’t even bother asking how he could help me. What a difference in service, in my opinion. I will be purchasing my tile from (dale tile) people that treat me professional and with a smile. They know about customer service!!! Dale Tile employee was very knowledgeable and courteous!!
