Very pleased with my purchase experience. Bell, Alex and Jr were very polite, respectfull and considerate. Heather and Erick took care of my service needs. Erick was great(Monday Erick). We must have spent an hour together in service getting my highway pegs set just right. My only complaint was the excessive price on the extended service plan which I bought from an online company for half what Alex wanted. My fourth new Harley is this 2021 Ultra Limited and I am very happy.

This place was amazing, one of there employees, I believe her name was Juvilla, was very informative and knew her stuff. I told her what I needed and she showed me different options and gave me other ideas always keeping a good attitude even though I asked so many questions. I look forward to doing business here. Also another employee named (Luis) greeted us first thing as soon as we walked through the doors. This man made us feel at home, even after we told him we wernt in the bike buying mood right now, just looking it didn't stop him from wanting help and show us around and give us information on the different bikes they offered.

This agency has the poorest services I’ve dealt with. They have kept my motorcycle for a week and can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong with it, it’s the cheapest piece of junk I’ve ever bought in the past 22 years. It’s a Harley sportster forty eight that keeps falling apart since I bought it new. It has life time warranty but what’s the use if you can’t ride anyway. If it’s not one thing it’s another. A Shawn Rice was supposed to have called me, but that didn’t happened after trying to contact him, as they said he would call, don’t know if this year or next. I spoke to a Christopher who was very understanding unfortunately this wasn’t his area. A supposedly Mr Mark owns Desperado, that would be next step to resolving this matter. Being a certified automotive technician I know this shouldn’t take this long especially when it’s just an engine and a couple of wires with a seat a handle bars. How sad, don’t buy a Harley especially at Desperado!

Mo and Herbs are the best motorcycle instructors on the planet. Period. I learned skills this past weekend that even Evel Knievel would be envious of. The HD Riding Academy New Rider Course is nothing short of phenomenal. I took the class to acquire my Class M license and even though I started riding 10yrs ago, I still walked away feeling more confident about my skills and riding abilities. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and patient. If you need a Motorcycle license, sign up asap.

Nice dealership. Very friendly staff, she even recommended a place to eat for us from out of state. I feel this is a great place to shop when covid is gone. For the time being, as with all dealerships around the country, supply is limited but what they do have is good quality. Hopefully things pick up soon but in the mean time, stop in and chat.
