If I could post with 0 stars I would! Horrible place, don’t go here, get ur x-rays elsewhere. I have been waiting 2 hrs and still counting for a simple x-day. Pretty ridiculous if u ask me.

Worst place ever! Gave me 3 different prices on my MRI. Then, when I got there they charged me for the MRI and then they told me there would be an additional price for reading it but they couldn’t tell me the price til the next day. I told them I needed to know the additional charge because I was self pay and didn’t want to be stuck with a huge bill. When I asked for a credit on my MRI charge until they could give me the price, they said they couldn’t refund me til the next day cause only one person could do refunds and she wasn’t there. I was told when making my appointment what the cost would be and it ended up being 300 more than they quoted. They lost my doctor’s orders 3 times and then when I got there for the appointment they couldn’t find them again. Then, when I requested a copy of my MRI disc the next day, they wanted another 10. I had to go to a different place to pay for the reading and no one there knew what was going on and they kept sending me to different offices. If you ask them a simple question that they should know, they put you on hold to find someone who can tell them the answer. The employees were the most incompetent ones I have ever experienced except for the MRI tech. I will NEVER go here again and would have given them a zero rating if possible.

Very bad service. Had my daughter’s appointment a month prior, just to come and leave work early and pick her up from school and say that our appointment had been rescheduled because someone had taken our spot and said if we want to wait we can to be seen as a walk in. Some staff were Nice but that’s it.

Waited 2 hrs and 10 mins for my child’s x ray to be done. After 1 hour and 10 minutes, we were given paper work to register. We were told no appointment was needed. Front desk clerk D. V. Wasn’t very efficient. Not that many people were in front of us. 6:10 pm- 8:20pm
