I would give them a higher rating but these agents and this company doesn't care about their customers just about money. I did a change on insurance with just a vehicle, drop 1 and add 1, everything else stayed the same. The agent dropped everything that was on the pervious vehicle car instead of keeping it the same, just change the vehicle. Now 16 months later, when I actually need to use the insurance, they tired to screw me over and now for the past 2 months I've been getting the run around on who's fault it was in the first place. Ummm, don't they know there is a pandemic going on and there is a small amount of people who are blessed enough to be able to still go to work and pay their bills?? Why would you not want to help them or make sure that the company is providing the best service for their customers due to everything going on??? I'm canceling my policy immediately. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK EVEN WHEN YOU CALL AND LEAVE A MESSAGE!!!
