Great atmosphere, it has a very classical old Spanish look. We ordered breakfast. Pancakes were fluffy and warm. I didn't drink the coffee, but the consensus at the table was that it was a bit weak. The egg and chorizo enchilada (pictured) was pretty good and definitely an interesting idea. Salsas were good... About medium spiciness. Service was great. On a side note... They had Chicken Little playing on the TV. It made me rethink whether I wanted to be eating eggs after seeing the little chicken characters. But I was already halfway through my meal when I had this change of heart, so I put my guilt aside and powered through. Am I a bad person?

Love the food! Lunch time, not too crowed. I would definitely recommend this spot.
The place itself is nice, professional atmosphere. However the food was not worth the price. The coffee is TOO WEAK. The plates are expensive for the price. The sirloin \steak\ and eggs was the worst meat and eggs plate I've had, small and not flavorful for 12.99. The \steak\ was thin and the size of a breakfast sausage...and was tough to chew. Don't think I will return. (I did not take pictures, it was too disappointing)
Asked for menu. Waiter told us to scan menu. Some of us don't do that. We like to see menus. He became irritated he had to go to front to get us one. Brought us ONE. We were a party of 3. We asked just one and he told us very rudely that's all there is. Then we patiently waited for him to pick up our order. Never came. I had to get up asked hostess if a nice waiter would take our order. I am truly sorry..... Mr Jasso an Edinburg native and a very nice gentleman but I will never go there again. How's it being that we were treated very rudely.
Very good chile relleno plate. Quick pick up & staff very friendly. will definitely keep eating there
