For the most part I have smooth transactions at all locations including this one. They have friendly and efficient employees. However, this last time I am unhappy because I was charged for a whole day. I kept calling about 20 minutes before closing to ask what was more convenient; if to keep it till the next evening because I was running late or return it after hours, about an hour or two. I decided to drop it off that evening and was charged for a whole extra day.
Very clean car, excellent rate and loved that Enterprise in Dallas also able to assist me (checked my tires). Very accommodating and convenient.
