Went in the to price some tires, came out with a new set of tires. Sales staff is friendly and we'll knowledged. I also got an alignment all at a reasonable price. Best prices I found.

We're glad we took your advice on the leveling kit with 33s instead of paying a ton more for a lift kit that wasn't necessary for our wishes. You're awesome brother. The Nissan looks killa ! If anyone needs to beef up your suspension or any size or type of tire look him up. They have the best deals no doubt.
We were quoted by Rey 3 different times a specific price for leveling our truck. We specifically asked for no alignment because we have lifetime alignment at another establishment and we were assured that that wouldn’t be a problem. We went in person to get the job done and to our dismay they raised the price from the quoted price. We were told “they cannot do the leveling without alignment because of insurance liabilities.” We understand that, but please be honest over the phone so we don’t have to waste our time. When we spoke with Rey after what happened he tried arguing with me about the pricing. He hung up on me. We won’t be back.

Customer service is very unprofessional and rude. I wasn't told I had 90 days to pay off tires before the interest builds up to a crazy amount. I had to call back because I later saw my paper recipe they gave me. As well techs in the back are even worst. After I paid for my tires I was told to go to the back to get them installed and the tech that was there was very rude and was ignoring me as I was trying to talk to him. He looked at me and walked away. Then came back after talking to another tech and ask me \what do you want me to do\. It's upsetting because I had been trying to explain to him but he kept ignoring me. Very upsetting and leaves me worried because these are the people working on my car. Very unprofessional, carless and was very clear he didn't want to help me. My mom even got tires here and they didn't balance them like they were supposed to so she just ended up taking it somewhere else to get it done. As well no techs were wearing mask while it is a REQUIREMENT state wide.
