Dr. Flores has a very good bedside manner. He took care of me as if I was his only patient each time that I went. Dr. Guerra, on the other hand, had an issue with me since I told him that he had misdiagnosed me a few weeks ago (April 2020). So now I'm just waiting for his letter letting me know that I'm no longer a patient of their office.

The people in the front are extremely rude and the place in general is dirty. Not a single hand sanitizer in the building.

I found the facility extremely clean, the staff very friendly, and I did not have to wait but 20 minutes to be seen (extra bonus). The patient portal is an excellent way to stay connected and to communicate with the medical personnel.

I just called this office asking questions about what they specialize in and explained my condidtions to the nurse and she told me flat out we will not take u cause you already have to many medical issues... Wow straight up discrimination... They don't even deserve a 1 star from me...

Dr. Coimbra is great. Their policies are horrible. Front people don't care about the people. Always with an attitude and never want to help. They don't accept anyone with insurance from the Marketplace. Too many problems with insurance and every single time you go in, you have to fill out a new application!!! I'm referring all my friends, family and workers to a different location!
