I know it's a difficult time with COVID and waits can be longer. But the wait for this place was ridiculous; we were told to get here 30 minutes earlier for processing. Once that happened it took another 20 minutes after appointment to be allowed in. That wasn't even the bad part we waited over 60-90 minutes to be seen. If it wasn't for the need for the Vaccination to start school I would have left. This place I would not recommend.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE They refused to see my daughter as a NEW PATIENT, they have a long process and authorization from doctors to accept or reject a patient. Horrible service, do not recommend this clinic.

Worst pediatric clinic... service is terrible 1hr 30 mins nobody checked on my daughter ..maybe because were private pay... pretty sure if she had medicaid it would’ve been a different story... ...

As like all doctor offices. They never get appointment on time. Took 40 minutes past appointment time to get a room. Thats for a 9 am appointment. You would expect to be serving your clients on time for their appointments. These people somehow graduated college yet still service in an untimely manner as a dropout would.

My family as well as i have gone to this clinic for over 20 years but it's time to move on the new doctors there are in such a rush the don't take the time to examine properly and it's always a virus that's there solution for everything how I wish Dr. Felici and Dr. Ramirez where still full time it sucks they are retiring but understandable they've been great doctors for myself and my kids
