I meant to write this sooner, but I was in there last week for a state inspection. After I have all the information that was needed to start the process, I figured that I'd just sit in the waiting area, drink some coffee and watch TV to pass the time...well, surprisingly enough, I wound up striking up a conversation another customer, along with one of the owners, Jonathan and the time just went by so smooth that I had no idea on how long I was really there! I was very pleased with the over-the-top courtesy and service that was provided! I will most certainly go back for any other vehicle issues that may arise!

Great customer service from start to finish! No surprise fees or extra time needed to complete the job! Highly recommended! I live no where in the area and worth the drive to ensure the job is done right.
I've been doing business with this location for a few years now. Usually the service was good. This last time I went, it was a nightmare. They didn't do the work that we had discussed beforehand. They just didn't fix the problem at all. When I took it back the next day, they still didn't fix the problem. However I still got stuck with a huge bill for it. Never going back again.
I always get the greatest customer service when I visit this firestone. They're always so welcoming and helpful. They're very thorough with making sure my car is taken care of which I really appreciate.
