Thank God for Dr. Eugenio Galindo. Very Knowledgeable at his profession. I have been Stage IV cancer free for 15 years !! We are enjoying the grandkids grow up. Front desk and all the nurses have been super nice.

Very poor customer service and staff lack compassion and sympathy towards patients...it’s unfortunate that such a good doctor has poor staff working along with him. I always wonder why people stay at a job they don’t like....... perhaps their passion for the job has left them and they have failed to realize its time to go and seek another career.....
I was recently diagnosed with cancer. Im getting treated by Dr Eugenio Galindo. I couldnt be in better hands. His staff is supper professional and understanding. His chemo nurse is so compassionate and is great at explaining the process. Bricy has gone out of her way to help me and my family with the difficult news. God bless Dr Galindo and his staff. I know im in great hands.
This is absolutely the worst and most unprofessional medical clinic of any sort that I have ever experienced, by a mile!! Under the mismanagement of a disorganized and self-important Bricy Martinez, in the course of just six appointments, they messed up (1) the transfer of medical records two times, (2) the appointment scheduling twice, (3) the billing every time, and (4) created a 10,000 insurance fiasco that is taking months to resolve. Everything done is a slap-dash halfway manner. Constant misinformation. No attention to details and no follow-through. In every case, Bricy found a way to blame her mistakes on someone else. And then—with a complete disregard for the time, stress and money that her sloppy style costs patients—she bragged in writing about the “A job” she is doing!? Her self-congratulations is ridiculous and her avoidance of responsibility truly reprehensible. Careless unprofessionalism personified! From a patient’s view, Bricy gets a D-. Dr. Galindo’s was equally unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility for his inept staff, he makes himself impossible to contact while he keeps raking in the cash. This is a cattle-call chemo racket, with a captive clientele of sick folks. But since I am still alive, I will give him a D. In short, I entered McAllen Oncology with the vulnerabilities of a stage-4 cancer patient and I left feeling like the victim of a crime. If they honestly think they are doing a good job—which they positively are not!—then that is the scariest part. Any alternative to this clown show will serve you better.
Dr. is okay, but the receptionist, Ruby, has Horrible customer service. It makes every appointment an uneasy experience. The doctor visits would be a lot better if she received EXTENSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.
