I love working with a team that whole heartedly puts patient care above all else. Meeting the needs of our residents is of top priority in addition to making sure they are in a safe, healthy & happy environment. Grand Terrace is a home away from home!

Never will I ever put a family member in this facility again. My mom was here for two months and they moved her around like a doll. Rooms are really bad and out dated. Tv’s hardly worked and she was bored all day. No snacks are given after dinner which is sad with people who have a memory disability. This place is really expensive, 5000 a month and for what, they stopped giving her physical therapy the first month. If u have no choice then do your best to be there for your loved one other wise it’s torcher for them in a hot room with no tv and snacks.

First night there turned on the lights and roaches scaterred, smelled really bad like urine, doctor never available, very unorganized and the social worker doesn't know how to do her job one bit some of the staff was good I'll give them that but I would not trust to leave my elder family there at all. Horrible personal experience I do not recommended to anyone

The friendliest and up most professional staff from top to bottom and all the in betweens. The cleanliness of the facility is top notch. As a CNA of 23 years, I am very secure and satisfied with the physical and emotional care given to my aunt 24/7. I would recommend Grand Terrace rehabilitation and health to any and in need of a facility service
