We were looking to build our first house and a friend recommended Guzman Construction, at the beginning with had a lot questions and didn’t understand much of the process but Ben James the sale person at that time was very kind and patient with us, and he guided us very well. Also when we ran into minors disagreement down the road, the president of the company Victor was there to helps out. We are very grateful with the whole company including Michael the project management that also had to be very patient with us, especially me cause I was in top of every detail and sometimes went a little over board. At the end of the day we are very please with the house and also by knowing that Guzman construction not only build us a great house but that they are walking with us down the way and anything that we need about the house, we know that we can count on them.

There are no words in the English language to describe the GREAT experience I had working hand-in-hand with Guzman Construction while building my custom home. They make you feel like you're apart of the team every step of the way. The process was easy, quick, and affordable. Thank You, for making my dreams come true Guzman Construction!
The reason for my writing to you is that I am not at all satisfied with the quality of work you have done while building our dream home. All this company is nothing but lies and taking advantage of people. They promise you a lot of stuff and say it’s included in price and are really pushy to add... more and more stuff to home when it’s not going to appraise, big mistake ever! They also try to push you to go with their preferred lender, Be Aware!! After you sign contract, all the extra items are now being charged. They have let us down so much and we have given them so many chances to fix all issues that home had while it was on construction. Home had lots of damages from people they hire to do their job and they try to cover so much, so customers won’t be able to tell damages were just covered without being fix correctly. Owners and staff don’t care about customers at all, only for you to sign that contact and treat you just like one more on their list. I did lose my deposit because, I had no choice to walk out from this huge nightmare and having so many restless nights just thinking about all this mess they have created and Owner’s won’t respond professionally like they promise. I couldn’t continue always being lied and being taken advantage from this pseudo company! Stop deleting reviews and people BE AWARE, now they changed names to “Hosanna Construction” Hmmmm I wonder why...
