I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I love the staff and the doctor. All throughout the times I’ve been coming here I’ve only ever had about 2 instances where they took a while to get to me but to be fair, they did have a lot of people those days. My glasses are always ready within 1-2 weeks, and I’m planning on getting contacts here soon. I’ve gotten colored contacts from them once and the lady who helped me pick out a color was so sweet and gave me her genuine opinion on the color on me. I trust them to not let me walk out with frames or contacts that make me look like a fool

Great doctor! However they do not go by appointment times. You have to pay to park. It's hard to know how much to put in because you have no idea when you will be called in for your appointment. I've gotten tickets. I found another Dr that I don't have to wait hours to see. My time is worth more then they seem to care about.
They billed my insurance incorrectly. After getting that sorted out, the prescription they wrote me did not match the trial contacts I was given. I didn't find this out until I purchased and wore a new pair of contacts, so I am out the money from paying for contacts that are the wrong prescription and I still have to purchase new ones. They told me because I didn't purchase the contacts from them I'll have to talk to the company I purchased from - even though it was their ridiculous error causing me to pay for an expensive product twice.
Made an appointment and was attended to promptly after filling out some paper work. The eye exam process was so smooth and they made sure to sanitize before I stepped to the next exam room. I later called to order my contacts and was sent a confirmation immediately after. Thank you!
