I was with Green Mountain, worst decision ever since the rates where outrageous, every month I would worry I wouldn't be able to pay it but then my neighbor recommended Heritage Power...Best company! Their customer service is amazing and the rates are affordable! Really happy I am with this company! I've been with them for a year now!

Been with the company for going on 2yrs and love it!. Great customer service and they gave me a great fixed rate that fits right into my budget. Thank you Heritage!
BUYER BE AWARE!!! The rate is great, however, what they do not tell you about is the extra PUCT charge on your bill that essentially doubles your bill. As soon as my contract is up, I will be switching. My bill has steadily raised. May 306 June was 373, July 467. Usage the same, but that PUCT charge. Do your research before switching. Unfortunately, I am stuck in a contract for now.

This company is the worst company EVER. I was unable to make my payment on my account; so I reached out to customer service via phone. The first time I called I was placed on hold the young lady never came back. I reached out a second time and explained to representative what happened with the previous rep and an excuse was immediately given \we do have a high call volume at this moment\. That excuse was not valid to my situation because I was on the phone with rep and that made priority and she can only take one call at a time. Then the second was trying to place me on hold stating that there call volume was high. I explained to the rep that my issue should be resolved before placing me on hold to deal with other customers. She then stated I am placing you on hold. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she immediately said she is on another call. I told her several times I do not want to placed on hold and she rudely placed me on hold. She did not resolve my issue; but rather stated that the other customers was more important at that time. Please do not use this company they get you by saying you will be paying low rates (lie) and provide great customer service after signing up and locked in a contract with them for 12 months then they show their true colors. This company very unprofessional and overpriced. Point is proven Alice Salinas is an employee of Hertiage power and she is faking like she is a customer for better reviews I have record phone calls with her being extremely rude in which I requested her name. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
