We arrived around 4pm for a load SCHEDULED for pickup same day. Product wasn't even in the country yet. Was told we'd be loaded by 9pm, then 12am, at around 2am found out product would not be here until \the morning\. At 9am was told would be loaded and out of here by 12pm, and sure enough we are still here at 1:35pm almost 24 hours after arrival. While others have reported quick loads, perhaps those were deliveries because this pickup has been a nightmare and it sounds like NO DETENTION will be paid for this, but they're doing us \a favor\ by getting the delivery date and time changed. GTFOH! Hopefully will NEVER be sent here again.

Been waiting almost 4 hours for 1 pallet. Pathetic
Be ready to pay 120.00 fee if you late for appointment. Also your trailer mast be washed out, dry, pre cool and you need empty weight tickets. They really picky on trailer clean. Also you need park on a street and walk for check in. But they work after hours if you call them and ask louding you after hours.
The man at check in was very helpful and Courteous, Driver's please park at the end of the drive as it can be very tight for other driver's trying to dock, Very nice people to do business with.
