While I had a great experience with their laser hair removal service, it was the lack of punctuality that ruined it for me. :( All but one of my 4 appointments were rescheduled due to them not being able to make it on time. For my last session, I had been scheduled for an appointment at 10:30 am and 12 minutes before (while I was already parked outside) I got a call from them to see if I could reschedule for 11:30 am because they were running late. I asked to be re-scheduled on Saturday since I was going in to work at that time and they did. I was scheduled to go in at 12:05 pm when I received a call that they were running late again and did not go in until almost 20 minutes after my set appointment time. It’s a cute spot and I would definitely go in again had it not been an unfortunate experience for me.

I have had 3 sessions for my underarms. It is going great! I saw results after my first session. The hair that is left is very fine. I was hesitant to go during this pandemic but they are taking extra precautions! They sanitize the bottom of my shoes when I walk in. They squirt sanitizer in my hands and in their hands as well. They are sanitizing after each customer. Plus, the technician is just really kind. Cant wait to see my final results and do more areas.

Janeth and her team are outstanding! Patient, flexible, and friendly! All my questions/concerns are answered before treatment. I wouldn't go anywhere else plus I love seeing results with NO downtime whatsoever. Highly recommend!

I went in thinking my appointment was for 12pm instead of 1pm and they took me in anyways so that was awesome of them Sam was super nice and attentive and I will definitely become a regular because of their hospitality and cleanliness! The only thing is the facial was around 30-35min, I wish it would’ve lasted a little longer for the 1hr!
