I am very happy with the year internet services I have and the customer service is awesome! We had a lil trouble after the hurricane Hanna they responded very quickly so we could be ready for my children to start their virtual learning online. Thank you for your awesome service and hard work!!

I called Imperio networks and talked to Michael and although they didn't cover my area, the service and even the advice provided was very helpful. I imagine this is standard procedure for their customer service and so it's a shame that we couldn't use them as our provider. Nonetheless, I highly recommend them for their customer service.
