Updating review: after writing the below review the company contacted my family (their client) and made things right. BUYER BEWARE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. My family contracted Indie Image to do their wedding photography. Because of Covid they decided to not give their money back. They kept 1500 of money that they did not earn and said that it would be a rain check for another event which is absolutely useless. You only get married once. This company has no integrity and puts their interests before their customers. I do not recommend them at all. They have no professionalism at all.

A business that has an abundance mindset would refund their customers money for a global pandemic. This company lacked that completely. I do not recommend them. They took my sisters money and offered a voucher. Which they will never use! they we’re so inflexible. They were from out of town! Very unprofessional. She is now married AND paid for another vendor. But ALL MONEY was paid to indie for a service NEVER provided. You tell me how that is correct in any scale! Putting their interests above their client. Their response... “we are a Business too..”.. smh
Friendly, polite and they capture excellent quality pictures. My husband and I were absolutely satisfied with the services that they had to offer us. The couple are so fun to be around! We would definitely book them again in the future and recommend them to our friends and family!
