I went to Kohl's to return an item back to Amazon, I have never been inside one of their stores. I really liked the lay out and the selections of the store. I was given a 25% off coupon for Kohl's from the Amazon return attendant. By the way this service makes returning stuff back to Amazon so easy because they do everything for you to get your item shipped back, way easier than going thru UPS, and it cost nothing, again not like UPS. Anyways, I decided I wanted to use the coupon, I was at the store so I might as well look around. I really needed a pair of brown dress socks so I headed over to the shoe department. Wow!! What a selection on not just dress socks but also athletic socks as well. I found a set I liked, it was difficult trying to decide because of the choices available. If that's my only complaint, then that's a good thing, not a bad one.

Nothing wrong with the store. I went there to return Amazon items. Their return center is as far from the door as you can get. Not helpful for the disabled.

Very disappointed in @Kohl's because of the decisive ways they lure you to apply for credit then deny you or limit the way to purchase items that you want with their 35% off first-time purchase discount. Never in my life have I been forced to purchase fragrances without smelling it prior to purchasing them... only at Kohl's. Discount shouldn't be given only to be used on very selected items that no one really wants to purchase especially during the Christmas season. Also an associate misinformed me that I could use the 35% off first-time purchase discount on the headphones that I purchased along with perfume I was certain wouldn't be discounted at least. Associates weren't wearing name tags therefore I couldn't give the name of the employee who misinformed me, would be easier to just line them up and pick them out in a lineup. The cashier Gloria was quick to decline or not able to help resolve any of the misunderstandings or issues that occurred. Now quickly awaiting my bill statement so I could pay this off and never deal with Kohl's again.
