I needed a new car key, since I lost my old one, and had a great service. Joe was professional and had a new key made within minutes. Super cheap compared to other competitors. Definitely will be using this service in the future.

Very fast service. Needed a tow Sunday morning on Labor Day weekend. Towing technician was very courteous and gentle with my vehicle. He was very patient with us. He let us ride with him to the location. Towing truck arrived in about 20 to 25 min from McAllen to Mercedes. Thank you!

Great Service. Mr Ben was very professional at all times. He was always calm which calmed me down as well. Had a hard day then I get a flat tire after going to Good year earlier and they said tires were all good in air pressure . Mr Ben listened to my venting and gave good advice. Will recommend Pop A Lock services to everyone. Stay safe!!

Definitely the worst experience we've had with a tow truck! They changed their ETA 3 times throughout the whole time that the tow was needed. I called their line to inform them that my husband had to push the vehicle out of the way and so I wanted to let them know in case they didn't see the truck. When I told the lady about this, it was almost as if she had something else to do because there was no expression or response. I continue and say that I just wanted to let them know and she immediately says that they don't have to know. So, then I ask about the ETA and she says that they're pretty accurate and they'll call when they're in the area in a very dismissive trying to hang up type of way. Fast forward to two ETA changes later and the driver finally calls to let us know he's on the way. I answer and very rudely he just asks if I need a tow????? I respond yes trying not to sound sparky. He then continues by asking me what's wrong with the vehicle also very rude tone and I respond that Idk that it won't start and I need it towed to my home for repair but my husband would have more info if he could just call him. He rudely responds that I should just give him his number to call and mumbles something else and hangs up. My husband calls and they finally show up. This man had the audacity to have my husband do all the maneuvers to get the truck loaded to the tow truck!!! I'm pretty sure their insurance demands that no customers be on the flatbed of the truck and yet this man has my husband doing all the work!!! Most of the conversation was short and rude and will definitely not use their service again! Never experienced this with any company. If people don't like their jobs then they shouldn't do them!
