Hello, I’m Not someone who goes and post just anything on media but, I would definitely like to share my experience with Dr. Maria Hoffman’s as my child’s physician and her office staff. Such an AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE Team. The staff, Kassandra, Irma & Vanessa front desk, very tentative of everything from my insurance process to scheduling my appointment and sending in my referral paperwork that my child needed to set her procedure up. I’m definitely keeping them as my child’s doctor. Dr. Hoffman such an Awesome and Spiritual soul. Love Them.

This is by far the best pediatrician to go to. Dr. Hoffman is so kind and knowledgeable and the ladies up front were very informative and helpful. In the beginning, I barely knew so much as what a copay was but Irma, Kassie, and Vanessa were so patient with me. Naturally, people like to post reviews when something’s upset them and tension usually runs high when you have a sick child but I’ve only ever had great experiences with this office. They make you feel at ease knowing that your child is in good hands. Dr. Hoffman and staff, keep up the exceptional work!
Very rude woman sitting at front desk. They don’t smile nor do they even attempt to greet you with a simple hello. (And these are the faces of this office). My son needed an appointment with the dermatologist in which they told me they would call me before Friday. They never did. I then called them and she told me she “would call me back” she Didn’t. I had to wait the weekend, and I call again, she was very rude about it. She put me on hold for 15 min then called me from another number and then with no apology no sympathy tells me “there! it’s for this date”. A MONTH LATER TO DATE. her name is Cassandra and she did not care that my son is in pain and needed this appointment ASAP. I’m contemplating no actually I am currently finding a NEW pediatrician. We see Dr. Hoffman maybe 2 times a year. Every visit is with a PA. It’s So disappointing. #TRAINYOURSTAFFINCUSTOMERSERVICE
Rude people sitting in front desk. Most of the staff appears to have a personality conflict. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Dr. Huffman is never in her office and clinic is runs by some PA and nurse practitioner I believe that Dr. Huffman is a good and knowledgeable doctor but the problem is that she is not in her office. I tried to make an appointment with her for the past 14 month but, she was out of country or elsewhere or she was very busy. I was very unfortunate. Hope Dr. Huffman should realized that our children are not the laboratory animals for the research, they are human and needs to be treated professionally. Dr. Huffman, I hope that you read this note and correct the problems. You are a good and funny doctor and I personally like you. Thank you.
I am not sure this office knows what they are doing. The information they give is misguided with a side of sass. As an office manager who has worked in healthcare for nearly a decade, I am aware of how referrals are processed and I am rather certain that there needs to be a reorganization of this office. I recommend reconsidering the employees you have answering the phones, as they need some retraining, both on customer service and processes.
