I went to get a covid antibody test last Aug. 18, 2020. The lady who took my info was very nice and the nurse who took the blood sample was also nice. But up to now (Sept.9) I still don't have the results. Called the clinic a week after my test, the lady who answered was a bit rude and I was told to wait for a call from the clinic. It's been 3 weeks since the test and I still don't get a call and no results. I am a nurse and I know the antibody test results is quicker (same day, max of 2 days) than the PCR swab. What's going on?

I have come here multiple times and loved it every single time. I’ve come for an ultrasounds and the tech is so sweet and very cautious with her patients. All the doctors I have seen taken their time to hear all my concerns. All the office staff are patient with you and will also listen to any concerns or questions you have. You will not doubt coming to McAllen family residency clinic. This is the place to come to.

Don't waste your time here. It's pathetic how these people treat patience between the ages of 20-30. The residence here especially the males are really rude and disrespectful.
