Wow, the manager at the front desk either hates the world or her job, or both. Take a customer service class. As a veteran, Ive been to a few places places in the valley, and besides that one lady everything else was fine.

Just finished my brain MRIs at this clinic a few minutes ago. I was nervous and the very nice folks here took it in stride and helped me feel at ease as they walked us through the procedures beforehand. The gentleman, Bobby, who operated the scan and administered the contrast injection, was kind and professional, which made the whole process less daunting. 10/10 would definitely recommend. The office is very nice, however if you get cold easily I would recommend wearing long sleeves.

The MRI machine has been broken for weeks and they want to take you to corpus Christi? Why say they can do MRI if machine is broken.

This place is the epitome of bad health care. It is healthcare facilities like this that are driving people from the RGV to seek health care in larger cities like San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Houston. I took my son for X-rays and the room was not ADA compliant.... it was so small his wheelchair couldn’t even fit in the door.
